Today we had our Book Fair. Our class got to purchase some great books and supplies! Thank you to all the Gersh Academy parents that donated their time! It was an awesome experience.
Thank you to the DeSiano's was donating such great books for our classroom! We all appreciate it very much :)
In English we read an excerpt entitled An American Childhood by Annie Dillard. We discussed tone and how we reflect on positive childhood memories. We also talked about how Annie's voice is evident in the story and we feel like we know the author afterwards.
