In Health today, we had a double period. We discussed healthy eating and how to maintain a balanced diet. We will be sending home food journals to complete daily to measure daily intake once they are completed in school. Stay tuned for that ! Creating that awareness of what we put into our bodies is an integral part of becoming and remaining healthy!
